Nigerian billionaire and founder of Eleganza group of companies is undoubtedly one of the influential people with the most expensive houses following a recent video highlighting an explicit tour to his exquisite mansion in Victoria Garden City (VGC), Lagos state.
In a video shared online by popular content creator Samuel Banks (Arike PreOrder), it showed that each area of the mansion was meticulously decorated with high ceilings, opulent chandeliers, and luxurious furnishings.
The massive structure of the building sparked reactions, leaving many to compare the house to that of well-known Nigerian billionaire, Sir Olu Okeowo.
Sir Okeowo is known for his impressive real estate portfolio, with his mansion in Parkview Estate, Ikoyi, being the crown jewel. Okeowo’s residence is a symbol of luxury and grandeur. He is the founder and Chairman of Gilbratar Construction Nigeria Limited.
However, it appeared that Razaq Okoya, who is 84 years old, also build a gigantic mansion, which is worth multimillion Naira to suit his wealthy status.
The video also captured the beautiful amenities the house had like swimming pool and beautifully landscaped gardens. It appeared that the billionaire businessman has good eyes for art works as his mansion also houses collective of traditional arts.
