Tomilola Adejana, founder of Bankly, started her career after earning a degree in Physiology from the University of Lagos in 2009. Bankly is a fintech company focused on promoting financial inclusion by providing secure, innovative services to Nigeria’s unbanked and underserved populations. Tomilola’s journey reflects her dedication to leveraging technology to enhance access to financial services in Africa.
Solape Akinpelu
Solape Akinpelu is the founder of HerVest, a women-centered fintech platform focused on providing financial access to underserved and excluded women in Africa. HerVest empowers women through savings, impact investments, and credit, with a special focus on smallholder women farmers in Nigeria. The platform serves over 40,000 members, working to improve women’s lives through financial inclusion.
In addition to her role at HerVest, Akinpelu is the Global Co-Chair of Marketing for the Women in Tech Global Movement and serves as the Country Manager for Nigeria. She is also the Chairman of Technology at the Nigerian-British Chamber of Commerce, where she promotes technology trade and investment between Nigeria and Britain. Yanmo Omorogbe
Yanmo Omorogbe is the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Bamboo, a Nigerian digital wealth management platform that allows users to buy, sell, or hold assets traded on the US stock exchange from their mobile devices or computers in real-time.
Before founding Bamboo, Yanmo worked as an investment analyst and investment associate at African Infrastructure Investment Managers (AIIM), where she focused on developing and managing private equity infrastructure funds for long-term investments in African infrastructure projects. She also served as an assistant to Nigeria’s Minister of Power, Works, and Housing before returning to the private sector with AIIM’s Transaction and Asset Management teams.

Deeply passionate about empowering women in tech, she advocates for their active participation and presence in the industry.

Seun Runsewe
Seun Runsewe is an Information Security Analyst at ChipperCash. She began her career at KPMG as a Business Analyst in the management consulting division, later transitioning to Project Coordinator. Following her time at KPMG, she served as a Business Lead at Paystack for two years before founding Switch by Sterling Bank.
Runsewe holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Covenant University, where she developed an interest in technology. She is certified in SAP, COMPTIA, and DMI.
